Nathaniel Otoo (Chairman - Board Of Trustees)

Nathaniel is a lawyer and an International Health Systems expert with 18 years’ experience in social protection, 4 of which have been in pension administration. His other work experiences have been in manufacturing and trade promotion. He holds a degree in law, a professional qualification in law and a Master’s Degree in International Relations.

Dr. Christian Addai-Poku

With over 26 years of experience in the education sector, Christian is an educationist who has served in various union roles including as the Vice President and President of the National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT)and the President Education International, Africa Region. He is the Registrar of the National Teaching Council.
He holds PHD in Educational Leadership, an Mphil in Educational Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Diploma in Pension Fund Management. He is a Chartered Pension Analyst Manager and a Fellow of American Association of Financial Management (AAFM)

King Ali Awudu

King Ali Awudu is an educationist with 15 years’ experience in the education sector and current President of the Coalition of Concerned Teachers, Ghana. He also holds a BSc. Biological Sciences from KNUST, a Diploma in Education from University of Education, Winneba, an Executive Certificate in Pension Fund Management from AUCC and an Advance Certificate of Cisco Network Administrator. He also holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration with the Ghana Institute of Management and Professional Administration.

Anna Pearl Akiwumi Siriboe (Mrs.)

With over 28 years of experience as a lawyer, Anna Pearl Akiwumi Siriboe currently serves as Chief State Attorney and Director of the Energy Division at the Office of the Attorney General and Ministry of Justice. Pearl holds a distinguished academic background, including a Master’s in Business Administration from Rice University, an LLM in International Economic Law from the University of Houston, a Professional Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Ghana. Additionally, she has distinguished certifications in Energy Law.

Pearl is a notary public and has been awarded the honorary Order of the Volta in recognition of her outstanding service to the country particularly for her contributions to the legal team that handled the maritime boundary arbitration between Ghana and Cote D’Ivoire. Her extensive professional training spans pensions management, health administration, and other areas crucial to economic development. As an expert in the energy sector, she is accordingly a valued member of Ghana’s maritime technical committee. Pearl’s areas of specialization encompass arbitration (both local and international), pension management, trade, and health law.

Recognized for her expansive expertise, Pearl serves diligently on several prominent boards, including the Ghana Standards Authority, the Food and Drugs Authority, the Ghana Education Service Occupational Pension Scheme (GESOPS), and the Allied Health Professions Council, among others.

Richmond Sakyi

Richmond is an administrator and a Unionist with over 10 years of experience in the education industry and teacher unionism. He is currently the Regional Chairman of the Three Bono Regions and chairs the Constitutional Review Committee of the Teachers and Educational Workers Union (TEWU)
He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Master’s in Management and Human Resource Strategy and Certificate in Pensions Administration.

Daniel Dweteh-Agyare

Daniel is a lawyer with 16 years’ experience in practice. He holds a degree in a law and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.

Herbert Forson Ako

Herbert is a teacher by profession with 19years experience. He holds a BSc in Computer Science; Diploma in Basic Education form the University of Cape Coast (UCC) and a Certificate from the Ada Training College (ADACOE) and a Master’s Degree in Educational Management and Practice from the Methodist University. He was a Board Member of the CCT Fund for 4years. Herbert is currently the General Secretary of the Coalition of Concerned Teachers, Ghana (CCT), a position he has held for four (4) years.

Elvis Prince Biney

Elvis is an educationist with 13years experience with the Ghana Education Service. He has served in several unions roles and currently serving as District Chairman and National Councilor of the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT). Elvis holds Bachelor’s Degree in Education and Social Sciences (Geography and Economics).

Eric Kofi Agbe-Carbonu

Eric is an educationist with about 26 years of experience in the education sector. He has been heavily involved in union activities and has served in several leadership positions with the National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT) including as Regional Chairman, National Vice President and currently as the National President. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Diploma in Geography.

Thomas Tanko Musah

Thomas is a professional teacher and a Unionist with over 25years of experience in education and unionism. He is also an HR practitioner and currently the General Secretary of the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT), a position he has held from December 2019.

Thomas holds a Master’s in Educational Administration, a Master’s in Human Rights, both from the University of Education, Winneba, an EMBA Human Resource Option at the University of Ghana Business School and a Post Graduate Certificate in Labour Policy, University of Cape Coast.

Isaac Baah

Isaac is a professional teacher and a Unionist with over 23 years of experience in the education industry and teacher unionism.
He is currently the Head of Salaries and Compensations at the Ghana National Association of Teachers Headquarters.

He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Law, M.Ed in Education and Administration, an Executive Master’s in Leadership and Governance, Certificate in Pensions Administration, Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation and B.Ed. Childhood Care and Development.

Mark Dankyira Korankye

With 27years of dedicated service to the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Mark was the Assistant Registrar for the Institution at the GIMPA Faculty of Law prior to joining the Teachers and Educational Workers’ Union (TEWU) of TUC (GH) as Deputy General Secretary. Mark is currently the General Secretary of TEWU, a position he has held for 3years.

He holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Coast and a Bachelor of Economics (BEc.) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He also holds a Diploma in Ministry from the Trinity Theological Seminary.

He is a Presbyter in the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Grace Congregation, Maamobi in the Accra New Town District.

Sampson Akligoh

Sampson is a finance professional with more than 10 years’ experience in Investment Banking, Asset Management and Equity Research. He also worked at SIC Financial Services Limited and with ADC African Development Corporation AG in Frankfurt, which was acquired by Atlas Mara in 2014. Sampson also previously served as an Adjunct lecturer in International Economics at Ashesi University College in 2014.

Sampson holds a BA in Economics and Law from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology in Ghana, and a Master’s Degree in Economic Policy and Corporate Strategy from the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands.
Sampson is the Acting Director of the Financial Sector Division of the Ministry.

Dr. Eric Nkansah

With over 15 years of experience in academia and education policy administration, Dr. Nkansah holds a Ph.D. in Financial Economics from the University of Zululand, South Africa, a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from KNUST Business School, Ghana, and B. A (Hons) Economics from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
He is the current Director General at the Ghana Education Service (GES) and until his appointment as Director General, he was the Director in charge of Tertiary Education.
